Hi! I’m Lauren.
I’m a Senior UX Researcher specializing in mixed-methods research in the education industry. Currently, I own end-to-end research for PowerSchool’s flagship Student Information System product as well as its HR suite of products for professional learning, applicant tracking, job boards, and mentorship.
I help teams understand how people think, make decisions, and navigate complex workflows, then translate those insights into actionable product strategy through strong thought partnerships with stakeholders.
